MAPAQ Project Presentation by Erik Delaquis: Switchgrass in Quebec

In 2010, REAP-Canada partnered up with McGill Univesity for a MAPAQ funded project entitled "Improving switchgrass biomass yield and quality". The project aims to assess switchgrass and big bluestem cultivar yield performance in Quebec and to examine the impact of soil quality on biomass fuel quality. Erik Delaquis, a REAP-Canada research associate and current MSc student at McGill University, recently gave a presentation to MAPAQ on the current status of the project.
